Refund policy

POLOS, WOMENS SETS & HEAD COVERS: 

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size, product or a full refund for an item they purchased provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags still attached, along with the original packaging (not mailer). Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or similar stains and/or odors WILL NOT be accepted, returned to sender, and subject to a shipping charge.

For exchanges, please include the packing slip and specify the new size you would like to receive. Once we process your package, we will email you with the new shipping information. If you can provide us with the tracking number along with your order number and new size, we can reserve your size to ensure it'll be in stock once the return has been received. Due to high-volume of orders we cannot guarantee that the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you need and send us the previous item for a full refund. 

*NO RETURNS or refunds on sale items, or T-Shirts, Mugs & Home Accessories unless it’s a printing or manufacturing error. 

DEFECTIVE: If you receive a defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue.  

We have a 14-day return policy on damaged goods only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with photos as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
